About Prominence

Prominence Consultants LLC is a New Jersey–based IT recruitment and technology services firm. We help organizations find the right technical people and deliver the software, cloud, data, and AI systems their teams depend on.

Our work begins with listening. Before recommending a candidate or a technical approach, we take time to understand your environment, priorities, and what a successful outcome looks like.

People who fit the work

We recruit software developers, cloud specialists, data and AI/ML engineers, quality engineers, and IT project leads. We support contract, direct-hire, and project-based requirements, including AI agent development and automation roles.

Technology with a clear purpose

Our services include technology consulting, application and website development, cloud and DevOps, data analytics, AI/ML applications, and AI agent and multi-agent systems. We support the work from planning and implementation through monitoring, maintenance, and improvement.

How we work

Clear communication. We explain the options, responsibilities, and next steps without unnecessary complexity.

Careful delivery. We pay attention to requirements, candidate experience, engineering quality, testing, and handover.

Respect for your trust. We treat client information, systems, and relationships with care and discretion.

A long-term view. We aim to be a dependable IT partner as your teams, platforms, and priorities evolve.
